The COGS Mountain Bike Club invites you to join us on some great adventure rides throughout the Southern Kentucky and Tennessee mountain bike trails. We also do group trips to Pisgah North Carolina, Moab Utah, and Colorado to name a few.
We're dedicated MTB riders that meet at least once a week to do group rides on the weekends, which are a lot of fun, full of thrill and really get your adrenaline going. Not to mention the great views and frendships you'll enjoy along the way.
We are also involved in trail maintanance, advocacy and promoting mountain biking and racing events. For real time info on whats going on, log on to seasa.org, look for us in the Cycling section.
Bring your hardtail or full suspension bike and just ride with us. There are riders of all levels, don't be afraid if you're just starting out, we'll help you and pass on the knowledge we've acquired through our own riding experiences.
Our local rides consist of intermediate/moderate climbs and some medium/fast singletracks that involve a few technical switchbacks and trails.
